This privacy policy describes how EIK Europe DOO ("EIK", "we") collects and uses data from visitors of the website visit.eik.rs (the "Site").
1. What data we collect
The Site does not include a form that sends data directly to our server. The contact buttons ("Book a presentation", "Request a quote") open your default email application with a pre-filled subject line addressed to info@eik.rs. Any information you send us this way (name, email address, message content) is collected only to the extent you choose to send it to us by email, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
When you visit the Site, certain technical data is automatically collected via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — see section 2.
2. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
The Site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your visit to the Site (e.g. which pages you view, whether you clicked a particular button) in order to measure ad performance and tailor marketing campaigns on the Facebook/Instagram platforms.
This data is transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) and processed in accordance with Meta's privacy policy.
You can prevent this data collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings or by using a tracker-blocking browser extension.
3. Purpose of processing
Information you send us by email is used solely to:
— respond to your inquiry or request for a presentation/quote;
— provide information about the EIK Visit product.
Data collected via the Meta Pixel is used to measure marketing campaign performance and show relevant ads to users who have visited the Site.
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data collected via the Meta Pixel is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with that platform's own terms.
5. Your rights
Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018), you have the right to:
— request access to the data we hold about you;
— request correction or deletion of inaccurate data;
— object to the processing of your data;
— withdraw any consent given, at any time.

6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you send us, but no transmission of data over the internet (including email) can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. Changes take effect once published on this page.
